How long does my product take to ship?

We ship every 48 business hours; which means that your product will ship within 1-2 business days of ordering. Vinyl customizations take 24-48 hours to create prior to shipping. Embroidered customizations take 5-12 business days prior to shipping. Please note that on occasion these times may vary due to the amount of orders received or due to holiday closures. If we need to contact you for an inquiry regarding your order, this time may also increase. 

How long will shipping take?

The most detailed and accurate expected date of arrival will come with your tracking number. We ship with CANADA POST - Expedited Parcel as a standard, and offer both XPRESSPOST and PRIORITY options at checkout. Shipping times vary both within and outside of Canada. Due to COVID-19 all shipping guarantees have been suspended.

There is a problem with my package. What now? 

If you are experiencing an issue with your package, please contact Canada Post to open an investigation. Once you have done so, please e-mail us at info@alpinedogco.ca with your investigation number and a description of what the issue is. We will then also connect with Canada Post to pursue the investigation and provides details on how to proceed.

If your order is international, please contact your service provide (USPS/ FEDEX) and file an investigation. We will follow up with your service provider once we get your investigation number and provide details on how to proceed.
